  Little Debbie Nutty Bars were recalled in six states by McKee Foods Corp. due to metal particles being found in the snack bars. The recall affected the Nutty Bars distributed in Ohio, Illinois, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia.   A settlement has been reached over the West Loch Village apartment complex and its lack of access for the disabled. The apartment complex did not meet federal accessibility standards.
